My name is Bonnie Kim. I’ve been a contemporary dance artist almost my entire life, was a published dance writer for several years, made a shift to personal writing and sold my first piece. Then I stopped writing.
Too busy… writer’s block… one excuse after another.
Recently, in the span of 3 months, a lot of big things happened in my life – my dad had a severe stroke, I turned 45, I left my dance company job after 9 years, and I got engaged.
Prior to these big things happening, I had begun writing again. Mostly about the middle-aged shenanigans of a liberal dance artist and a conservative IT nerd, who meet on E-Harmony, fall in love and move in together, all thanks to the same nerd who encouraged me to get out there and start writing again.
Now, I have more stuff to write about.
These are my stories. I hope you enjoy them.
